Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of what we sell. If the cookbook doesn’t work for you — whether it’s not what you expected, you bought it by mistake, or you simply changed your mind — we’d rather give you your money back than have you feel stuck with something that doesn’t serve you.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request” and include:

• The email address used at checkout.
• Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).

That’s it. You don’t need to explain why. We’ll process your request promptly.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days of your request. Once processed, the refund will appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Our refund guarantee applies to all standard purchases made through 10minkitchen.com. A few conditions apply:

• Refund must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
• One refund per customer per product.
• Refunds are not available for purchases where fraudulent activity has been detected.
